Forecaster Frank's College Six Picks
WEEK 10
Penn State 24 Michigan State 16
After a stunning fourth-quarter collapse in the horseshoe, Penn State needs a win on the road against Sparty to keep any hope of a National Championship alive. Saquon Barkley also needs to bounce back after disappearing in the second half to get his Heisman candidacy back on track. When the Nittany Lions had a big halftime lead against Ohio State it appeared that Barkley was cementing his hold, but after his second half disappearing act in Columbus he needs to again prove he can finish against ranked opponents like Michigan State.

Clemson 24 NC State 16
After their stunning loss in Syracuse, Clemson bounced back nicely with a solid with over Georgia Tech. NC State could present some problems as they have solid talented offense. The Wolfpack are coming off a blowout loss to Notre Dame. Coming home NC State should put up a better performance, but the result will end up being the same as the Tigers know how to win tough games on the road, with their defense being the difference once again.

Oklahoma State 41 Oklahoma 37
Bedlam has never taken on more importance as both teams enter the game with 7-1 records, needing a win to keep any hope of making the FBS Playoffs and win the Big XII Conference Championship. Both teams have good quarterbacks that are capable of putting up big point totals. They both also struggle at times on defense, this means this has the chance to big a shootout in Stillwater.  This has a chance to be one of those games where the last team with the ball wins, with the edge going to Okie State.

Alabama 37 LSU 13
LSU after a slow start is playing their best football as they prepare for their biggest game of the year against unbeaten Alabama. The Crimson Tide have been the rolling tide all season overwhelming all opponents. The Tigers have a decent defense, but their offense has been lacking, which could lead to their defense spending too much time on the field, and against a team like Alabama that is pure poison. Look for another easy win for the Tide at home.

Virginian Tech 31 Miami 17
At 7-0 Miami is back in the Top Ten for the first time in a decade, but these Hurricanes are hardly a threat to make any noise in the National Championship picture. They have yet to play any team that is ranked and all of their recent wins have been struggles. Virginia Tech at 7-1 has played a tougher schedule, looked more impressive in their wins and their only loss was to Clemson, one of the top teams in the nation. This is where Miami gets exposed as the frauds that they are.

USC 37 Arizona 34
This could be the biggest game in the Pac-12 Southern Division all season, as both teams come in with one conference loss. The winner would have the inside track at the conference championship game. Arizona has played over its head all season with wins over UCLA, California and Washington State. The Trojans meanwhile have had to fight to the bitter end of ever win, as Sam Darnold has had troubles with turnovers. Expect the same at the Coliseum on Saturday Night, but when the game is on the line Darnold will make the big play to win another close one for USC.
