The NBA All-Star festivities began in Chicago on Friday night, with the Rising Stars Game with the NBA’s top rookies and second-year players. Team USA defeated the World All-Stars 151-131. Miles Bridges of the Charlotte Hornets was named the game’s MVP, scoring 20 points, with five rebounds and five assists. R.J. Barrett of the New York Knicks was the game’s leading scorer with 27 points for the World.
