Mavs Level Behind Brunson

On Monday night the shorthanded Dallas Mavericks clawed their way back into the series at home behind guard Jalen Brunson.
After dropping the first game to Utah, and still without All-Star playmaker Luka Doncic, Dallas was essentially in a must win situation. As a team, they connected on 22 shots behind the arc. Brunson, out of Villanova, had a career high 41 points as he carried the Mavs past Donovan Mitchell and the Jazz.
Utah led at times in the game, and had opportunities to close game 2 out, but lacked cutting edge. They will now travel back to Salt Lake City, a place that the Mavericks have not won in 11 straight games.
