Philly Flies To 4-0
On a rainy day at Lincoln Financial Field, the NFC East Eagles went down by 14-0 points early to the upstart Jacksonville Jaguars. As the game continued to unfold, Philadelphia’s talent was on full display as they came back to beat the AFC South team, by a score of 29-21.
The win ensures the Eagles remain the only undefeated team left in the NFL, and also provides them sole possession of 1st place within the NFC East. Running back Miles Sanders accumulated 134 yards on the ground, and two touchdowns for the home team.
Trevor Lawrence flashed at times, but the quarterback from Clemson threw one interception, and was sacked 4 times in the game. Up next for the Eagles will be a road test in Arizona vs. the 2-2 underachieving Cardinals. Arizona is 0-2 at home thus far this season.
