The much anticipated Sunday Night matchup of legendary quarterbacks Tom Brady and Drew Brees turned into a washout, as the Saints capsized the Buccaneers 38-3. It may have been the worst game of Brady’s career as he was picked off three times as New Orleans built a 31-0 lead at the half. Drew Brees meanwhile regained the career touchdown lead with four scores. It is the biggest loss that Tom Brady has suffered, and the first time his team was swept in the regular season by a divisional opponent. The Saints at 6-2 now lead the NFC South as the Buccaneers at 6-3 will need an extra win without the tiebreak.
