The Montreal Canadiens set a record for the most goals in an NHL game, as they crush the Quebec Bulldogs 16-3 at Quebec Arena. Four Canadiens (Didier Pitre, Newsy Lalonde, Harry Cameron, and Odie Cleghorn) recorded hat tricks, as Goalie Frank Brophy appeared helpless against the Montreal barrage. Along the way, the Canadiens set a record for seven goals in the second period to blow the game open.
