Saved by the Rail
The New York Mets are breathing a sigh of relief after beating the Philadelphia Phillies 8-7 on Sunday night. The back and forth battle came to a dramatic head when it appeared Rhys Hoskins hit a game-tying three-run home run. However, upon further review, the ball hit a rail at the top of the rightfield fence and came back into play. Umpires ruled it a double as Jeurys Familia struck out Bryce Harper to end the game.
