NFL Props Bet Analysis

Our recommendations are based on:

Most Regular Season Passing Yards – Patrick Mahomes

The 2022 regular season and Super Bowl MVP is undoubtedly the top quarterback and player for the 2022 season. Not only is Mahomes among the favorites for the 2023/24 season MVP but he is also favored to dominate in individual stats such as most regular season passing yards.

Mahomes ended last season with 5250 rushing yards and, alongside Justin Herbert and Joe Burrow, are favored as the season leaders in this category.

Most Rushing Yards in the Regular Season – Josh Jacobs

FanDuel favors Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor and Nick Chubb with +750, followed by Tennessee Titans Derrick Henry with +900 odds for the most rushing yards in the regular season.

However, after analyzing some stats and reviewing the form of the top picks for this bet, we decided Las Vegas Raiders’ Josh Jacobs, with +1100 odds, would be the right pick. Jacobs ended the 2022 season with 1653 rushing yards, compared to the 861 for Jonathan Taylor.

Regular Season Rushing Yards by a Quarterback – Justin Fields

When it comes to rushing yards among quarterbacks, oddsmakers favor the Chicago Bears’ Justin Fields with +170 odds, followed by the Baltimore Ravens Lamar Jackson (+250), the Philadelphia Eagles’ Jalen Hurts (+400), and the Colts’ newly-drafted quarterback Anthony Richardson (+500).

We picked Fields due to his performance in the 2022 season, in which he finished with 1143 rushing yards and, as such, is the undisputed favorite in this category for the upcoming season.

Most Regular Season Total Receiving Yards – Justin Jefferson

Total regular season receiving yards is another popular NFL prop bet for which FanDuel and other sportsbooks provide odds. The Minnesota Vikings’ wide receiver Justin Jefferson is a favorite with +650 odds at FanDuel. Considering he ended last season with 1809 receiving yards – 100 more than the runner-up, Tyreek Hill – the odds are quite favorable.
